Pistachio Raspberry Dessert for October’s THE GOOD TASTE BOX

Hi Guys!
It’s finally here. Straight from my kitchen lab, my October dessert box has 3 treats this month.

Remember that cake I posted a couple of weeks ago? Well, if you aren’t going to make it, you can taste it! I’m swapping the lemon curd in the Vanilla Raspberry Lemon Layer Cake for lime curd. Enjoy multi layers of fluffy vanilla bean cake, sweet-tart raspberry compote, lime curd, and lightly sweet vanilla bean buttercream.

Next, is a variation of this cake. This time, I’ve swapped the fluffy cake layers for a chewy pistachio meringue cake layer and changed the textures. To add, there’s raspberry & thyme compote, white chocolate lime cream filling, and lime-spiked vanilla mousse.

Last, but not least, is Amaretto Peach. Almond cake is topped and surrounded by a smooth fresh from the garden (late bloomers this year!) peach filling, creamy amaretto panna cotta, and vanilla mousse.
