This ice cream recipe has quite a few components, at least more than what you may be used to seeing from me – at least on this blog. However, if oatmeal cookies are your jam, then this is all you.
The ice cream base is first oat-marinated. However, in thinking of the changes I’d make to my recipe, it would be to soak the actual cookies in the ice cream base. It just makes more sense. The addition of chocolate ganache, and a rich cinnamon syrup really brought it all together for me.
